TeamX nasce a Bologna, culla di innovazione tecnologia e polo accademico per eccellenza, da un’idea di Massimiliano Ghini, tra i massimi esperti in Italia di Intelligenza Emotiva. Dopo un confronto avuto con Google nel 2013, emerse che i risultati del progetto Aristotele erano in parziale contrasto con quello che proponeva la letteratura accademica in merito alle performance dei team. Per questo abbiamo sentito l’esigenza di creare il primo simulatore di team performance in grado di rispondere ai bisogni reali dei team.

Siamo così partiti dal modello più famoso sul Teamwork (TW): il Modello di Tuckman. Ma rispetto ad altre soluzioni, noi abbiamo aggiunto al modello il concetto di Intelligenza Emotiva (EQ), ovvero la capacità di riconoscere e gestire le proprie emozioni e quelle degli altri.

Per rendere la soluzione smart e agile abbiamo studiato un algoritmo di Intelligenza Artificiale (AI) che ha definitivamente reso la nostra soluzione:

TEAMX® was born in Bologna, that is a cradle of technological innovation and an academic pole of scientific reference, and it comes from an idea of Massimiliano Ghini, a leading international expert of Emotional Intelligence.
What came out of a meeting in Google in 2003 is that the preliminary results of the Aristotele Project were quite in contrast with the academic literature about team performance. This contrast has been the sparkle that fire up our curiosity and we felt the necessity to create the first simulator of team performances that could finally respond to the real needs of the teams.

On our way to realize our idea, we started with the most famous model about Teamwork (TW): the Tuckman’s Model. Contrary to any other team management tool, we add Emotional Intelligence (EQ), that is the capacity of recognizing emotions and dealing with them.

In order to make our solution smart and agile, we created an Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithm that finally makes our tool:
